The Orbea Urrun electric hardtail MTB is ready for life, family and adventure. The lighter weight Shimano EP RS motor, a suspension fork and trail ready components mean that Urrun is ready to explore those distant horizons.

Urrun brings with it many cutting edge technologies aimed at simplifying the design and removing unnecessary weight. The integrated battery removes weight and allow Orbea’s engineers to use slimmer, better looking designs whilst also increasing frame stiffness. Fully internal cables limit the possibility of damage, or rubbing, but also remove clutter, leaving you to focus on the ride. The shape and structure of the motor housing is carefully designed to improve the frame aesthetics and stiffness and together with the integrated protector offer extra protection to the motor.

Prepare for some proper adventures because Urrun is always ready. The balanced geometry means great trail manners which maximises fun for all riders. Wider tires and great suspension forks are just the icing on the cake. Urrun comes with 2.4” tires, but has plenty of clearance for a 2.6” tire.

Urrun is a bike for lots of different uses and as such comes with lots of options. It is equiped with mounting points for aftermarket racks if you want to add them. The neat mounts for kickstands simplify mounting without interfering with pedaling and are strong enough to support a fully laden Urrun. Orbea’s bolt through rear axle is fully compatible with aftermarket FollowMe or tow along baby carriages.

Using hydroforming process and triple butted tubes, Orbea’s engineers have perfected the wall thickness to save weight and strengthen the stress bearing zones. The hight polish finishes match the aesthetics of a carbon frame and increase the fatigue resistance on the welds.
