Technologies of the Reign Advanced 2

Adjustable Enduro geometry – With the Flip Chip technology, you can switch between three settings depending on the terrain. You can choose a head angle of 63.5, 63.9 or 64.2 degrees and a corresponding seat tube angle of 78.3, 78.7 or 79 degrees, resulting in a bottom bracket distance of 35, 30 or 25 mm.

Race-ready suspension – The Maestro rear suspension with 160 mm travel, paired with a 170 mm fork, has been developed and tested under the extreme conditions of Enduro World Series racing. The Trunnion Mount suspension has a longer stroke (62.5 mm compared to 60 mm on the previous generation).

Rear wheel options – Riders have the option of a combination of a 29″ or 27.5″ rear wheel and a 29″ front wheel. The larger 29-inch rear wheel improves stability and rollover performance, while the 27.5-inch rear wheel provides a more agile and faster ride feel. With a quick and easy change, you can customize the handling and feel of your bike.

OverDrive –The original oversized steerer tube from GIANT. Built for steering precision, the extra-large headset bearings (1 1/4″ bottom, 1 1/8″ top for road, 1 1/2″ bottom and 1 1/8″ top for mountain) and the tapered steerer tube deliver optimum stiffness in the front end.

Flip Chip – Maestro 3 – This completely new technology allows riders to quickly adjust the geometry and choose a rear wheel size (29″ or 27.5″) to suit their riding style and terrain. The adjustment affects head tube and seat tube angle, bottom bracket height and rear wheel size using eccentric flip-chip hardware located on the top link of the rear suspension.

Maestro Suspension Technology – Four strategically positioned pivot points and two linkages combine to create a single floating pivot point for the most active, efficient and independent suspension system on the trail.
