Giant Technologies of the Explore E+ 2 GTS

SyncDrive Sport – Innovation, manufacturing expertise and a Yamaha-powered motor system extend the capabilities of every rider. SyncDrive Sport offers 5 support modes and is installed on e-bikes that are used for everyday rides as well as for more demanding off-road rides.

Smart Assist – All GIANT SyncDrive motors feature Smart Assist technology, which adapts the assistance to the rider’s needs. By using information from multiple (6) sensors, both rider forces and terrain data (e.g. incline) are used to determine the optimal amount of pedal assist.

RideControl Dash – This two-in-one device has buttons to control the assist modes as well as an integrated color display. You can check the range, battery level and assist mode as well as standard cycling data such as speed and distance without having to attach another screen to the e-bike. It also has an ANT+ connection so you can connect a heart rate monitor and other fitness devices.
